Terms & Conditions

At Dream & Bloom with Annie, I value the trust you place in me and strive to provide high-quality coaching services, events, and digital resources. Please review the following refund guidelines:

1. Coaching Sessions

•Payments for one-to-one or group coaching sessions are non-refundable once booked.

•If you need to reschedule a session, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in the session being forfeited.

2. Events & Courses

•Tickets purchased for events, workshops, or courses are non-refundable.

•If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another participant by notifying us at least 48 hours before the event.

3. Digital Products

•All digital products (ebooks, planners, workbooks, trackers, etc.) are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

•Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases at the discretion of Dream & Bloom with Annie. To request consideration, please contact us directly.
